Sam + Bear | Engagement Session

I met Sam a little over a year ago at a wedding shower for our mutual friend, Kaitlin. I remember her huge, bright smile and how she hugged me tight — even though we’d just met! She’s one of those sweet, thoughtful people that you feel grateful to have met!!

We saw each other a few more times for Kaitlin’s bachelorette party, wedding, and baby shower. And each time, I just liked Sam more and more!

When Sam talked about Bear, everyone in the room knew that they would end up married some day! She just lights up when speaks about him and when she’s around him!

I had the pleasure of meeting Bear at a couple of these same functions, and he has the same easy-to-be-around personality as Sam. They both just have this gentle, kind spirit about them that makes you immediately feel like old friends.

I’m so excited for Sam and Bear’s engagement! I had the best time with them at First Landing State Park for this session, even if we were a little chilly!

They’re getting married next year in Virginia Beach, and these two are perfect for one another! Enjoy several of my favorites from their engagement session!
